You haven't mentioned your category so, we consider that you belong to general category. Considering the previous year cut off you may not get seat in Electronics and Communication Engineering or any other branch with a rank around 1 Lakh. Last year the last rank with which a candidate secured admission in a branch was around 86187 under general category.  You need to secure a decent rank in order to get seat in a college. Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
