According to your category rank which is 100325, it would be impossible to get any NIT's or IIIT's. As the competition is very high your rank must be around 15000 to get some good colleges.

But you can try for some private engineering colleges in India where you might get a seat.

See as per your OBC rank you have very no chances to get any of the NITs because the OBC rank closes around 12-14K for NITs in JOSAA counselling and you are very very far from this figure .
