It is to be noted that the cutoff for different colleges changes every year on the grounds of different factors.But as per previous years trends the cut off for different categories are:

• UR:701-134
• OBC:133-107
• SC:133-107
• ST:133-107

So as per the previous year's trends the chances, for you to get admitted for bhms in government college ,is none. But you do have chances to get into private colleges with this score. You many have better chances to get seat in Delhi private colleges on the basis of state quota seats.
