I got 104 MH CET 3-year outside MH category general. Will I get GLC?

This link is useless actually. 1. It doesn't give any information for LLB 3-years2. Even, for LLB 5-years, the cut-offs are completely wrong. This year the highest was 133 while this link has that as a cut-off for GLC. :)Can somebody suggest something based on a practical experience?
