I got 10501 rank in jee main 2019 and 317 marks in bitsat 2019 what is best for me

Congratulations for your achievement!!!

According to 2018 BITSAT cutoff you can expect to get enrolled in any branch of your choice in BITS,Pilani except Computer Science which had a cutoff of 378. Across Goa and Hyderabad campus you may also get a chance in computer science along with the other branches.

As per rank your rank in JEE Mains, you can expect to get enrolled in the following NITs-

1. NIT Suratkal(Civil,Mining,Metallurgy,chemical)

2. NIT Jaipur(Cgemical,Civil,Electrical,Mechanical,Metallurgy)

3. NIT Warangal(Chemical,Metallurgy,Civil)

and subsequent other NITS.

Now, according to me if you can afford the fee structure of BITSAT then BITS Pilani is the best choice for you. If you still want to pursue a NIT then you can opt for one.

Note : The fee structure of NITs vary but are less than than of BITS.

Congratulations for your good result in the both the examinations. We will go one by one through your options as per your results.

Firstly, as per your rank in JEE Main 2019 (general category), you are very likely to get good branches in top 10-15 NITs and IIITs. It will cost you less amount of fees. You'll complete your degree with merely 8-9 lakhs. 

Secondly. as per your score in BITSAT 2019, you will get into all of the national BITS campuses. But when you consider your branch options, you will fall short of the top notch branches in all of the campuses. Plus, you'll have to pay an enormous amount of fees every year. It will cost you around 23-24 lakhs throughout your course. But the BITSian tag is very much equal to NITian tag and is far  better than many NITs and IIITs. 

I have provided you with the necessary basic info, and as per my suggestion, you should go for NITs and IIITs as the option for your B.Tech. course. Feel free to comment for any queries related or non-related to the answer. Good Luck.
