Sincerely speaking, a score of 106 on the NEET 2025 makes it extremely improbable that a candidate would be accepted into an MBBS or BDS program or any other medical colleges. These degrees typically have far higher NEET cutoffs, particularly for MBBS.
However, this is not the end of the road. There are still some alternative options available like allied health sciences (B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology, Optometry, Physiotherapy, etc.), veterinary science (Bachelor of Veterinary science and animal husbandry) and other medical courses.
