Yes you can get an IIT, with your ST rank, it all depends on the branch you want and the IIT which you want to go to. So each branch and college will have different cut-offs, and CSE has Maximum cutoff. So getting CSE in top IITs is very difficult but you can get other conventional branches. So decide upon that and plan wisely. All the best!
