Hello,

Your rank is quite good to get a government college. You can go for College of Engineering and Technology which is a state university.

you can go for:-

VSSUT
UTKAL UNIVERSITY
FAKIR MOHAN UNIVERSITY
IMIT

these will be best options for you to take an admisison and you will get it easily as your rank is good enough
