It can't be said as now on the basis of answer key because till now only the key has been released but yaah after the releasing of cuttoff for the various categories including reserved / Unreserved on the 31st of January you may get to know that whether you can able to take over that seat or not. Since you are from the Open Category then in your case if you are having the score of 110 in the Mains then you might can face some difficulties for taking the seat in above NIT but yaah since NIT AP is the new one because of that it's cuttoff is not so high so in that you have the good chances to take that which will depend upon the cuttoff in the particular branches of NIT AP.
