Hello,

The cutoff rank is not known yet but the expected cutoff is around 74k. Obviously the cutoff is going to vary but you belong to OBC category so that might help. Although getting a free seat is very difficult and it is not possible to predict. Even if you are eligible some other student with a better score might get it after all it a free seat so the competition is very high.
