It would be difficult to tell you the exact as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors like No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, Performance of the candidates etc.

But as per the previous year cutoff with this rank the chances seems less to get CSE branch but you can have the chances for other branches like ECE, EEE, Mechanical, You might have the chance for Information Technology also.
