From previous year's AP PGECET cutoff ranks,your expectations to get  your desired specialization in EEE can be fulfilled. Since the seats are limited and your general girls rank is quite high to fetch you a seat in top Institutes. You might not get Shri Venkateswara University because your rank doesn't clear the cutoff rank of this university.
