Hello aspirant,

From previous year's AP PGECET cutoff ranks, your expectations to get  your desired specialization in EEE can be fulfilled. Since the seats are limited and your general girls rank is quite high to fetch you a seat in top Institutes. You might not get Shri Venkateswara University because your rank doesn't clear the cutoff rank of this university. Nevertheless there are few college in Good universities where you can expect admission in power systems. Those are mentioned below along with their universities.

Acharya Nagarjuna University:

R V R and J C college of Engineering

Andhra University:

Sankethika Vidya Parishad Engineering college

JNTU Kakinada:

G M R Institute of Technology

Kakinada Institute of Engineering and Technology

I hope this is helpful to you.
All the best!
