In case you didn't score well in your class 12th as well, there are still other colleges which consider taking admissions via merit+donation basis. You can always try out there as well.

Also, if you are really inspired and really want to get into an IIT/NIT , then you can always drop a year and prepare for JEE mains next year (i personally wont recommend that though).
