To get the seat in open state category your marks should be around 125+ for the safe side but here you are not even close so their is no chance that you will get any of the seat here and if you really want that then please go with the management quota. On that way of admission they might ask you for the money in the name of donation and if you are capable then give that money and confirm your preferred seat.
