Cutoff marks for NEET 2020 for different categories are as follows:

General - 720-147

OBC/SC/ST - 146-113

Since you have not mentioned your category, it cannot be said whether you have secured minimum cutoff marks or not. If your category is general, then unfortunately, you have not qualified NEEt.

If you belong to SC/ST/OBC, then you have minimum marks, however, your marks is very near to the margin of cutoff. So it is highly difficult to get a seat for BAMS. Furthur, you have not mentioned the domicile too.
