I am sorry to tell you but with this rank of 118086 as your AIR rank and 9055 as your category rank, there is not even the slightest chance of you getting into AIIMS for MBBS. It is one of the most prestigious institutes for MBBS and has very less amount of seats. All the very best for future!

You can't get a seat in AIIMS on the basis of your AIR 118086, however, with 9055 rank in SC category, there are decent chances that you will get admission in AIIMS. The campuses of AIIMS in which you may get are all except New Delhi and Jodhpur. However, this is just a prediction made on the basis of previous year cutoffs, which may vary on various factors.
