Latest: Meet B.Tech expert in your city to shortlist colleges
Hey Ayushi,
There are various aspects that determine how good a college is. Personally there are quite a few i would recommend. college NIT Trichy is really good (i wouldn’t say the best, there are quite a few negative aspects to it as well ) and quite a few other NITs
CEPT Ahmedabad
JJ college of architecture
Academy of Architecture - Mumbai
Anna University- School of Architecture and planning Chennai
SPA Delhi
These are just a few that come to my mind, since they are established. There are a lot of new colleges that are doing good, in places like Bangalore and Chandigarh. I am guessing you would have done some internet research and got confused. I think Outlook India does a good job of evaluating colleges.
My suggestion is any of these colleges is just as good as the other, because in architecture it all come down to how passionate you are about the course. It is not like anything you would have studied in school or any other engineering course. Here you really have to explore on your own, and without a real interest and passion for the stream its really difficult to get ahead.
All the best!
