I believe that your query is regarding qualifying NEET.If that is your query then yes you're qualified to join in any medical College.The minimum cut off for OBC candidates are 133-107 marks. So you're just qualified but keep in mind that you may not fetch a government seat you have to go for private college and fee structure is very much high.So if you want to join in a college then you have to go for private college.
