Hello,

Congratulations on your achievement. I would recommend you to go through the Career 360 JEE Main Rank college predictor to get a better idea .

It’s difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities but as per the

previous year cutoff as a general category the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs,

IIITs & GFTIs however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.

To know your admission chances in JOSSA & State counseling you can use JEE Main

college Predictor tool

Hi there,

As such there is no rule to guess the percentile,

But according to previous years analysis your percentile would be something between 89-92 .

Although the actual percentile may vary a bit but with your score you can not get any top college of NIT OR IIIT.

120 marks in Jee Main paper 1 means you can expect a percentile around 97.49 to 97.69 which stands for the rank in the range of 21000 to 25000. This your predicted rank and percentile and the actual rank and percentile can vary as there are few factors that determine the actual quantities. You can use our Jee Main College Predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer However based in this expected rank, it would be difficult to get top NITs as the seats of NITs like Trichy, Warangal, Surathkal, Nagpur, Rourkela, Calicut etc get filled within 8000 to 10000. For other branches such as Civil, Electrical, the cutoffs are low compared to CS branch. However you can get Computer Science in NITs like Hamirpur, North East NITs, Srinagar, Sikkim etc. You can check the cutoffs here http://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-top-btech-branches
