The rank is calculated by taking in to certain parameters into consideration such as total number of candidates appeared, the highest score in exam, tie breakers, normalization of marks etc. To know the actual rank you need to wait for the merit list to get released. Until then we can predict the expected rank and the expected rank with 120 marks is expected to be in 10000-15000. The actual rank may vary based on the above mentioned factors. By taking previous year cut off in to consideration you have chances of getting seat in the following courses

It is a bit difficult to predict what would be your rank at these marks because dynamics changes very much as per certain conditions like number of candidates applying for the examination,number of vacant seats in college, difficulty level of the paper, previous years cut off.
