The following is the cutoff for qualifying NEET
UR/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129
So if you're a general/EWS category student then you have not qualified NEET and thus won't be able to get seat in Medical colleges. Even if you're from SC/ST/OBC category you won't be able to get any medical colleges since your marks is really low.
You should take a year drop and prepare for NEET 2021 and score good marks in order to secure seats in top Medical colleges. You can refer to the NEET knockout plan which can help you with your NEET preperation

As per last years cutoff, there are no chances of getting MBBS/BDS through AIQ or state quota with this score. You might get private colleges. You can prepare for NEET 2021 or go for any of the private college. You can use the college predictor tool to know about all possible colleges you might get based on your score.
