Hello Chinmay,
With a rank of 120k in JEE main you cannot get admission in almost all the colleges. You can try writing various entrance exams for universe. You can get admission in several top colleges through your 12th board marks. I would suggest taking a drop if you want to get admission in the top tier colleges in your respective state.
