May be Private Dental (BDS) college or you can try for BAMS BHMS.
Btw you're from which state?

UP has highest no. of candidates, your chances for mbbs are very rare.

May be some Private colleges but you should have a budget of around 70 lacs because the cheaper private colleges will all get filled by better rank holders.

At this marks it is very difficult to get mbbs seat, but u can expect bds seat in private medical colleges.
