Although getting CSE at the main campus is tough, you will get CSE at all other campuses of SRM at this rank. What I will suggest you is to take IT instead at the main campus as IT and CS don't have a lot of differences in terms of courses taught and placements. You'll easily get IT at the main campus at this rank.
