At first congratulations on wonderful performance in AEEE. You have got a very good score and can expect a rank around 5k based upon the previous trends for Rank vs marks. With the expected program the chances of getting CSE at Coimbatore campus are close to negligence as the intake is very limited and it is the most common choice among AEEE aspirants. The chances in Amritapuri campus are fifty fifty, but you get it easily in Bengaluru, Amravati, Kochi, Mysore campuses.

Your chances at Amritapuri campus can be come much better if you are eligible for state quota reservation. As a part of my personal suggestion turn towards information technology or ECE if you do not get CSE at Coimbatore, Amritapuri or Bengaluru campuses as the other three have been established in recent years and are still growing.
