Based upon the information that you have provided,you have chances in the second round but assurance cannot be given.Also it depends on the vacancy of seats.The cutoffs are difficult to predict for every round since they are based upon various factors and they always changwe for every round.Many students don't take admission after they have been offered their seat.So it depends.

If the closing rank for first round was 81,000 then, it is  very difficult to secure a seat with a rank of 1,29,380 in the second round. However, complete the entire counselling process and attend upto the mop up round because you never know who gives up a seat.
