You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a rank of 13,000 you can procure a seat in the following colleges, if you belong to general category

• SIHM yamuna nagar, Haryana
• SIHM Telangana

These are the only government colleges which you might get. Otherwise you can get into private  with this rank. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
