You have neither mentioned your exact score and nor category. It is a bit difficult to predict marks from category rank. However, with 131000 as category rank, I don't see any possibility of getting a BAMS seat.

The cutoff for NEET UG 2020 is 720-147 for general category and 146-113 for SC/ST/OBC categories. If your score is above the cutoff marks, then you are eligible for getting a BAMS seat.

Though there are extremely low chances of getting a government seat, you can try for management quota in private colleges if you have qualified NEET.
