I got 134/360 marks in jee advanced 2018 can I get a seat in any of the IIT

Depends on cutoff but there is a good chance you will

All depends on the cutoff. You will not get top of the IITs for sure but mifht get some of the new ones like palakad dharwad etc. Compromise for the branch is definite.

This will totally depend on the cutoff and the ranks. I don't have an idea about the difficulty level of JEE ADVANCED 2018 but if your rank is around 11000 then only expect a seat in the IIT. I will recommend going for the better private institutions. As the ROI -Return on Investment is better plus you will get better opportunities as an upcoming engineer to develop your skills.
