Hi Aspirant,

Greetings

NEET is an entrance exam for admission in courses like MBBS BDS BAMS etc

The eligibility criteria for NEET is 10+2 from a well recognised board in Physics Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.

The percentage requirement to be eligible for NEET in PCB is as followed:

UR/EWS- 50%

OBC/SC/ST- 40%

UR(PH)- 45%

Since you haven't mentioned your category here,so if you belongs to UR or EWS you are not eligible for the NEET entrance exam but if you are from the other categories like OBC/SC/ST you are eligible to apply for the NEET entrance exam.

Hello Aspirant,

Your PCB aggregate comes out to be 45% as per the marks mentioned by you.

So If you belongs to General/UR category then you are not eligible for NEET UG 2022 because there is a requirement of at least 50% aggregate in PCB but if you belongs to any of the reserved category then you are eligible for NEET UG.

To appear in NEET UG, some eligibility conditions are to be satisfied by the candidate :-

For 10+2 or equivalent :-

>>>>> You need to pass separately in theory as well as in practical of PCB.

>>>>> If you belongs to General/UR category then your aggregate of PCB (Theory + Practical) should be equal to or more than 50%(40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD).

>>>>> You should be pass in English subject as well.

>>>>> Your minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st 2022, as per the current eligibility criteria.

>>>>> Now there is no upper age limit for NEET UG.
