Hello there,
There is possibility of getting CSE branch in mid tier NIT colleges but only through home state quota in 2nd or 3rd.round. For top tier colleges your rank should be within 1-3k to get CSE. With a rank of 13.5k you can apply for NIT colleges such as NIT Mizoram, NIT Sikkim, NIT Arunachal Pradesh and other colleges to get CSE branch.
