Hey Rakesh !
Well, if we compare your rank with that of the Closing Rank as of the year 2018, we might actually see that you fared quite good in this aspect.
The Closing Rank last year stood at 29,941 which bagged one a seat in Maldah Medical College.
And we do have heard that the West Bengal Candidates this year have comparitively performed a bit worse than that of 2018,
Hence giving a chance for the Closing Rank to increase much.
As per your rank of 13,696, you actually have a great chance of procuring a seat in RG Kar Medical College or SSKM Medical College.
And if luck favours, you might just procure a seat in NRS Medical College which coincidentally happens to be my Alma mater.

You can go through the Closing Ranks of West Bengal Medical colleges under 85% State Quota through :

Hope this helps.

Best Wishes !
