I got 137 in keam shall I get admission in BTech and good college

Hello Nishad,                    
With 137 marks in KEAM, the chances for you're getting into a government college is very low unless your board percentage is 95 above or you should have a category reservation.                                  
In the case of government controlled engineering colleges then you can get the the college that you prefer but you might need a better mark than that to get the college that you want.
For self financing colleges these are not very strict about their admission criteria so you would have many chances here.
