Yes if the nit has it then you can but most of the nits don't have it and if you're interested in petroleum engineering specially then I can tell you a leading college upes Dehradhun which is famous for petroleum engineering in India and has great Placement statistics for the Petroleum branch in Arab countries so if you wanna do petroleum you can opt it
