As per your rank getting admission even into private medical colleges through counseling seem tough for you in BHMS. As per previous year the candidates had to score a min of 300-320 in order to get government BHMS seats and a min of 200 for private seats for SC category. This is based on last year's cutoff and it varies every year based on various factors.

Since your NEET score is poor, you should try again next year by taking a year drop and score better marks in order to grab seats in medical colleges. You can refer to the following link for your help to prepare for you NEET examination

Sorry to say but your marks are too low to get a seat in a college in bhms. In government college you must have to score above 320 marks to be on the safer side and private colleges require marks above 200+.
