As you haven't specified the campus you want to get into, I will give you a generalized answer.
With a rank of 13000 you have likely chances to get Computer Science Engineering in Amrita Amritpuri campus if you have home state quota for this campus.
You cannot get into other Amrita campuses with CSE branch. For other campuses you need a rank below 8000 even if you have home state quota to get into CSE branch.
