Hello Dk,
I think that the cutoff will go high this year. Although you are from SC category, you haven't specified your home state. 140 is a really low score to get a MBBS seat in any government college. Either you can go for private college or should prepare again and try next year, if you are completely devoted to become a doctor only.
You can tell your home state for a more precise answer.

Sorry to say that your chances of getting any government college are negligible. So I suggest you to go for a private college under management quota.

You had qualified NEET exam hence eligible to take admission in various medical colleges(private).
