Hello dear student, 

You have obtained really less marks in NEET and you cannot get a seat through this scouts and guides quota thing . You need to have marks above 590 or so if you are a general category student to get admission in any government medical college and for dental it's slightly less. But the marks you have got are just not sufficient.
