You might not get top branches but you have chance for low branches so don't worry about it .

If you really want to pursue Andhra University you might get metallurgical engineering or biotechnology 

As the cutoff are low for these branches 

So it's your wish

If you are interested in coding then choose other colleges

You might be able to get a lower branch such as Metallurgical Engineering.
