Hello Raj Mohan, 

First of all congratulation for performing well in your exams. With the rank of 14.5k in yoir EAMCET 2019 you will not be able to get CSE branch in VNR college as it requires a rank below 2000. Infact you will not be able to get CSE branch in top 5 colleges. Try for other branches in top 5 colleges. And if your priority is CSE then go for some lower college as 14.5k rank is very far for CSE rank.
