Hello!Vanish

Yes you can secure seats in PEC Chandigarh with 147 marks.With this marks you will get all stream except ECE,and CSE stream.For sureity wait till PEC announce own cuttoff score for each stream.Also you can start preparation for JEE ADVANCE 2019.
