            Congrats for scoring 15k rank in JEE main 2018. Yes you can easily get admission in good course in best NIT. Try filling NIT in Home state quota first and then other. But you can easily get admission.
Admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.Try filling government colleges in home quota first .

Try checking previous year cut off list and closing rank of NIT's and IIIT's.
