Greetings from Careers360. Honestly there are no chances for you to get admitted to NITs in the All India quota in any  branch in first four rounds. However, you can get admitted to your regional NIT with your state quota in any branch in the last rounds. Good luck :)

The cut-offs for NITs to get admissions through JEE MAINS at maximum goes till rank of 10k as the closing rank considering all categories,home-state or outside-state. Since you rank is greater than that and somewhat around 1,50,000 it is not possible to get into NIT.

No... Bcoz  ur rank is too much higher than it should be for nit
If u want a seat there then ur minimum score should be 150 +
Nd if u want a good nit like trichy or warangal then ur score should be near 260
