You will get a rank of 16300 (approximately) in KEAM. Here are some Government Engineering Colleges that you may have a chance in, for general category :

No Government Colleges for CSE
GEC Idukki and GEC Sreekrishnapuram for IT, which is similar to CSE, but has more practical applications.
