The Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test was conducted by Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology. The general cutoff for this test is about 20-25% score of the total marks.

And as you have mentioned that you have procured 154th rank in UPCATET, you have very good chances of getting admission in BVSc as the range of eligible rank is about 200 for general and obc candidates.
