According to your rank, I am sorry to say that it may be difficult for you to get admission in a decent college. But cutoffs vary every year due to change in no. of seats in the college, no. students appearing for the exam and counselling, paper difficulty etc. So hope for the best and apply for the counselling. Hope you get your desired college.
