I am extremely sorry to tell you but your marks is extremely low,  although you have cleared neet with your marks but when it comes to getting a seat in government medical colleges or private medical colleges through neet counselling  then your marks is very low according to past year trends and you hold no chance of getting a seat in medical colleges.
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
