i got 164 marks in Neet 2019 with my self studies.Can i drop one year and attend coaching and take on Neet 2020.Can i get 500+ .

Ofcourse for sure you should drop a year if you are passionate about it and and have no doubt that you deserve to be a doctor in future.

This is one tough question to answer. If you think you will be able to give your 100% to the exam, then go for it. Take a year drop, rectify all those mistakes which you did this year and start preparing for the exam.

Just take an example of my friend . She took a drop of two year and gave her best and has  herself made a path to her dream of becoming a doctor and if you have that dedication then just go for it . But yes you have to work hard...twice or thrice times harder then you did it this time . During this time you may feel frustration , anger and a lot of stress but deal them with your utmost calm nature ..this will surely lead you to the success.
