I got 16k rank in upsee...should I take part in counseilling??

Yes Anamika, you should definitely take part in the counselling process. There are chances that you might get a good college. Chances for a government college are very less. Your rank i.e 16k is actually a very good rank in Upsee ,

Yes,you should definitely take part in counselling. 

Clearly you won`t be able to get into the government colleges like IET but

with your rank you can get into top notch private colleges in Uttar Pradesh.

Some of these colleges are : 

JSS Academy of Technical Education,Noida.

ABES engineering college,Noida.

KIET ,Ghaziabad.
