Hi,

Sorry but there is no chance of you to get free seat in any government college for B.Sc. Agriculture.

Can't say for sure but there is a little chance of you to get B.Sc. Agriculture or any other course on paid seat.

I will suggest you to work hard and start preparing for upcoming agriculture exams such as ICAR AIEEA.
